As co‑owner and brand designer for OutLaw Fishing Bait Co, I developed the complete visual identity for the brand. This included creating the primary logo from an original photograph I captured, designing and producing all merchandise, and building cohesive packaging and decal designs. My work established a strong, recognizable brand presence across apparel, products, and promotional materials.

Co‑Owner, Branding & Merch Design

  • Branding & logo design

  • Merchandise design (shirts, decals, packaging)

  • Website design & management (Square)

  • Social media graphics

  • Product photography

  • Shipping, fulfillment & customer communication

Responsibilities:

The OutLaw Fishing logo originated from a photo I took during a fishing trip. I transformed the image into a stylized illustration that reflects the rugged, outdoors‑driven personality of the brand. This process demonstrates my ability to convert real‑world imagery into clean, functional branding suitable for apparel, packaging, and marketing.

Logo Development

I designed and produced the full line of OutLaw Fishing merchandise. These were not mockups — they were real, printed products used for customer orders and brand promotion.

  • Apparel Design — shirts, hoodies, sweatpants

  • Sticker & Decal Design — vinyl decals, stickers, product labels

Merchandise Production

Each decal was cut, weeded, and finished in‑house, ensuring consistent quality and a strong branded presence on apparel, gear, and customer orders

  • Vinyl Decal Design — logo‑based decals for apparel, vehicles, tackle boxes, and gear

  • Sticker Production — printed stickers used for packaging, customer orders, and brand promotion

  • Business Card Design — branded business cards created to match the logo and merchandise aesthetic

Stickers, Decals & Business Cards

I created packaging concepts for bait products that were bold, readable, and aligned with the brand identity. The designs were built to stand out visually while remaining functional for product storage and shipping.

  • Clear labeling

  • Strong brand presence

  • Practical layout for small product packaging

Packaging Design

To further visualize the brand experience, I developed 3D conceptual mock‑ups of a small storefront and the bait‑making process. These models helped communicate the environment, workflow, and potential retail presentation of the brand.

  • 3D storefront concept

  • Step‑by‑step bait production visualization

  • Environmental design and brand storytelling
